Wellness shot traditionally known as fire cider.
Ingredients: apple cider vinegar, turmeric, ginger, garlic, onions, horse radish, and habanero peppers.
Suggested Dosage: Take one tablespoon every 3 hours when sick or at the first sign of becoming sick. Take a tablespoon a day for immunity support. Work up to a shot a day.
*I use it as a salad dressing mixed with sea salt and olive oil or avocado oil = super yummy!!*
